Even though it's a short series, I would say Hellsing has always been my favorite, or at least one of the top. It was the first manga series I ever read and owned.
A few of my other favorites are Trigun, Death Note, Naruto, Full Metal Alchemist and Trinity Blood. I'm currently working on building up my Naruto series to go along side my Hellsing.
